Insert Bearing

The insert bearing is a variant of deep groove ball bearings. They are based on sealed deep groove ball bearings of the 62 and 63 series, but have a convex outer ring, in most cases with a specific locking device. Extend the inner ring for quick and easy installation on the shaft.

Structural features of the Insert Bearing

The outer ring surface of the insert bearing is an outer spherical surface which can be fitted into the corresponding concave spherical surface of the bearing housing, which has a stable effect. The insert bearing is mainly used to withstand the combined radial and axial loads, mainly based on radial loads, and is generally not suitable for bearing axial loads alone. The axial clearance of the insert bearing has a great relationship with the normal operation of the bearing. When the axial clearance is too small, the bearing temperature will rise; when the axial clearance is large, the bearing is easily damaged by vibration. Plug-in bearings are generally suitable for use in agricultural machinery, transportation systems or construction machinery.
