Thrust Ball Bearing
Tapered roller bearings are radial thrust type rolling bearings in which the rolling elements are tapered rollers. Tapered roller bearing is bearings that separate the inner and outer rings. The inner and outer rings of the bearing have tapered raceways, the type is divided into small cone angles and large cone angles. The small cone angle is primarily subjected to combined loads of radial and axial forces. Usually, two pairs can be used together and installed in the opposite direction. Radial and axial clearance can be adjusted during installation; the large cone angle is mainly axial and radial. Combined loads are typically not used alone to withstand pure axial loads and can be used to withstand pure radial loads when installed in pairs.
Thrust ball bearing application
The use of thrust ball bearings: crane hooks, vertical pumps, vertical centrifuges, jacks, low-speed reducers, etc. The shaft ring, race and rolling element of this bearing are separated and can be assembled and disassembled separately.
